We enjoy working person-to-person. We organize horizontally, prioritizing work-life balance over productivity. Sometimes we fail — and we love to acknowledge it and learn from it!
Support networks
We carry out small pro bono tasks and offer our infrastructure to organizations that lack the resources to pay for digital services. We also engage in barter and ask for help when needed.
