We like to work person to person. We organize horizontally, prioritizing work-life balance and personal life over a productivist approach. Sometimes we fail — and we love to acknowledge it and work on it!
Support networks
We do small unpaid jobs and offer our infrastructure to organizations without the resources to hire digital services. We also barter and ask for favors.
